We have been getting numerous calls that refunds have not been received yet.

The IRS is handling your return requests as well as adjusting previous filed (prior to March 17) for unemployment, health care premium child credit.
While we understand and sympathize with you, we are unable to resolve refunds not received. Once the return is acknowledged, we are not longer responsible for the status.

Be patient and keep trying to call the IRS at 1-800-829-1594. The entire country is frustrated as well and as you may have heard the message “Due to high call volume, try your call again later”. Before 8AM would be the best time.
